Details:
Currently, the ax_boost_unit_test_framework macro fails if the boost unit
test framework is not found. It would be very useful if an action can be
defined that would be triggered in case boost test is not found.
Interestingly, the macro sets HAVE_BOOST_UNIT_TEST_FRAMEWORK, which now is
obviously always one.
